Report # E8: You first must know the following. An exception report basically compares the names of people in certain cost center to the names of those who have been given a passing grade in a course. This means you first must register everyone who attended into the course and give them a passing grade. Once that is done go to Reports, Employee Reports, Certification Tracking, “Registration ‘Exception’ Report”. First, select the specific training category, subject category or session you’re inquiring about. Next, select what group you want to be included in the exception. You can select a specific cost center, all employees, all law enforcement or all non law enforcement.
Premium support is FREE for the remainder of the calendar year you purchase the software or upgrade in. After the end of that calendar year, an annual subscription must be purchased to maintain access to premium support features. Premium Support is $249 annually (Jan-Dec).
Premium support includes: unlimited downloads to software patches and bug fixes; unlimited phone and email support; unlimited access to online streaming video tutorials; access to electronic help files, support Forum and written tutorials. The software will work without premium support but all you will have access to is the user manual. ”Pay per incident” support is available for non-subscribers at a rate of $249 per incident.

Go to Reports, Employee Reports, Training History List. Select the specific employee. Select your report parameters.
Go to Reports, Employee Reports, Basic Profile Information. Select an individual employee, all employees, a specific cost center and then specify for only Law Enforcement, all or staff only. Then choose how you want the results sorted.
Go to Reports, Employee Reports, Seniority & Age Listing. Select a cost center or all employees, then specify for only Law Enforcement, all personnel or staff only. You can then filter your report by identifying a date range or age range, leave blank to include everyone. Lastly, select to filter alphabetically or by hire date.
Go to Reports, Employee Reports, Supervisor/Employee List. Select the bottom button “Employees for a supervisor”.
