David currently supervises the training unit for the 2nd largest municipal police department in the State of Oregon. David has been in law enforcement for 31 years and has experience in Patrol, K-9, Bomb Squad, Recruitment and Training, Background Investigations, Internal Affairs, and Field Training Program Management.

David is a state certified instructor in a variety of topics including:

ATF State and Local Instructor

As a trainer and supervisor of a law enforcement training unit, David understands the need for accurate documentation of training records as well as records that are readily accessible and can be called up in a variety of personnel or training report formats.

Matt is a police officer for the 2nd largest municipal police department in the State of Oregon. Matt has been in law enforcement for 13 years and has experience in Patrol, Narcotics, SWAT, Field Training, Recruitment and Training and Firearms.
